TUSCALOOSA, AL — Local law enforcement agencies across Tuscaloosa are gearing up to once again engagement the community in fun, family-friendly setting for National Night Out. The annual event is set for Aug. 3 in Snow Hinton Park from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. and will feature hands-on equipment displays, rescue and K9 demonstrations, Q&A booths, food and more. First started in 1984, National Night Out is an annual "community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie."
