Press release from the City of Rochester: July 20, 2021 City of Rochester Motorist Advisory(Tuesday, July 20, 2021) - A portion of Jay Street, from Mt. Read Boulevard to the railroad tracks east of Louise Street, will undergo paving operations starting tomorrow, July 21 and will continue until Thursday, July 22 (weather dependent). Motorists should anticipate delays and changes in traffic patterns and are asked to obey all posted signs and flaggers during this time. Parking is prohibited within this work zone from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on July 21 and July 22. Temporary signs will be posted during this timeframe.
