Press release from the City of Rochester: July 22, 2021 City of Rochester Motorist Advisory(Thursday, July 22, 2021) - A portion of Emerson Street, from the railroad tracks east of Avery Street to Kestrel Street, will undergo milling operations starting tomorrow, July 23 and will continue until Monday, July 26 (weather dependent). Motorists should anticipate delays and changes in traffic patterns and are asked to obey all posted signs and flaggers during this time. Parking is prohibited within this work zone from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from July 23 to July 26. Temporary signs will be posted during this timeframe.
