TARRANT, AL — A racial slur used by a Tarrant City Council member during Monday night's meeting has state officials calling for his resignation. Tommy Bryant used the term "house n----r" in the open forum, according to an Alabama Media Group report. Bryant asked, "Do we have a house n----r in here?" Then reiterated, "Do we? Do we?" GOP city council member in Alabama says "do we have a house n****r in here?" to a Black woman on the council.
