Looking for a contract year round landscaper whom will maintain 3 properties landscaping. 2 are rental properties 1 is a personal residence. The rental properties can be maintained every 2 weeks and the personal residence would be managed once a week (Very small area). You'd be dealing with mostly weeds. This on going contract would pay monthly $200.00.
