3rd time maybe this wont be flagged. not sure what I can say on here with a craiglist troll flagging me. 1st one made it 36 minutes second not even 5 minutes. maybe its automated not sure. I didnt use name or anything, 1st time I did second time not. this is the 3rd time Im trying. So Ill keep it short. was in an accident on highway 50 inbetween grand junction and delta. also im not concered about spelling or any good grammer prob gonna be flagged anyways. but im sure you can still understand what im saying. anyways...ill race thru this as fast as i can. im suffering from whiplash and ptsd from the wreck. the jist of it is. i dodged a piece of glass hit the corner of a construction cone that was like hitting a big brick. It shot me onto oncoming traffic where i hit a Dodge truck with a horse trailer me and my dog lived my wife passed instantly. looking for an attorney to go after the company of those dangerous cones. Ive been flagging out of colorado springs for those kind of companies. i am certified flagger boring but sometimes intence job drivers dont pay attention so it keeps me on my toes. these cones ive never seen before. they should be banned everywhere. theres is a news paper in Montrose colorado that covered the story there you can find our names and further info. that cone shot me over in front of a big truck that looked like a semi, didnt have time to react and the driver of the dodge made a comment on her page that she couldnt avoid the accident either. looking for an attorney and aslo id like to add if you are a grieving counselor feel free to contact me. i havent had been able to do much of anything. im mentally broke down and the burden is to great to bear. she was my world..my partner,lover,friend my dream girl that i miss so very much. tho im with out a vehicle and is in desperate need of one. i had to move back with my mom to lick my wounds. I had full coverage on the truck it was a mark lt lincoln pick up 2006. with out a ride im unable to get employment once this whiplkash goes away. Its no joke this really hurts bad. the insurance pays off the truck from a tittle loan had to make repairs. catalityc converter needed replaced that caused the 1 and 3 cylinder plugs to break inside the cylinder. common for the tritton 5.4. im left stuck. but... the cone was the cause of the accident that took my wife from me.
