cabinetry pulls/knobs install

I have cabinetry in my office that requires hardware installation. There are 21 pulls (two screws each), and 40 knobs (one screw). These need to be installed with careful attention to symmetry. Please respond with credentials, experience, etc, estimated time, and a bid. Timeframe is ASAP. I need to list compensation, so I put $40/hr, but I would prefer you bid a set project fee. I'd rather pay more to the right guy who can do it perfectly in two hours vs an amateur who will struggle to get it done in 8. I have the hardware ready to go.
