RIS is based out of North and Central Texas, operating around all facets of single family, residential property needs and services. We are looking for good people to do great great things. The next RIS member and leader will be a role model for the Killeen, Temple, Belton and Bell county areas/region. Workflow automation for team/ construction division full time or on a by project basis. The structure of the role will be determined by the person, their unique skill set, prior/related experience and availability. The work flow usually consists of roughly 5-10 scheduled maintenance appts daily. Emergencys appts are always expected and renovation projects for personal investments are always on the radar set as high priority during deadline dates. RIS manages a portfolio of more than 100 residential properties in Central Texas. Additionally the investor relationships harvesting in North Texas generate several renovation projects per month, opening another location and region for full time/ contract GC's to hopefully become a recurring team member in our single family flip project buisness. The majority of this work will be in Central Texas concentrated in Killeen, Temple, Ft Hood- Bell County areas. Job Duties/Requirements: General Handyman work Rental Property Tenant Repairs Inspect Properties after Contractor Have Completed Work Appliance Installation (Including Hot Water Heaters) Landscaping Pre-Acquisition Research- putting together scopes of work, and meeting sellers to inspect property prior to closing Previous Experience as a painter and/or carpet installer will be a big plus, as we also have a lot of paint/carpet installation work. Because we interact with residents on a regular basis, it is important that the candidate dresses and interacts with professionally. Additional Duties may include light property maintenance, power washing. Must be able to lift 50 lbs often and work in extreme weather. Also must be able to use our companies mobile phone app to check-in and submit pictures daily (Android or Iphone) Will need to provide own transportation and be able to haul/transport equipment (including mower, mulch, weed eater, edger, etc. preferably a truck.) Mileage reimbursement when using personal vehicle, not with company vehicle. Job Type: Full-time/contract
