Skilled Craftsman / Carpenter needed for home renovation projects

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter / Handyman.. must be able to: Understand the scope of a project Be able to see the project through from start to finish Have a good understanding of city code and permits Needs to be able to Frame / lay drywall and finish work building out complete rooms Run Electric lines Basic Plumbing Lay Tile and Laminate If you are interested you must have: Your own transportation for going to and from the job site as well as picking up materials as needed. Your own tools and equipment Be reliable and trustworthy... We just terminated the first person we hired for our project and we need someone to come in and pick up where they left off. You can have other members of your team for large projects that we will pay you and you handle your costs from the negotiated rate. We need someone to finish a Flooring job and put a bathroom back together ASAP
