Seeking on-call maintenance work for 10+ properties in San Diego. Will be needed 1-2 times a month, sometimes more and sometimes less. Properties are in Imperial Beach, City Heights, El Cajon, and Santee. Work will consist of a wide range of repairs, typically around the home, including trade skills, repair work, maintenance work, both interior, and exterior. Examples include yard work, leaky faucets, garbage disposal repair, patching holes, etc. Please be mindful of our guests. No loud music, obscene profanity, sloppy work, and always pick up after yourself. MUST FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, no matter how menial.
