Banker Insulation is currently in search of insulation helpers and installers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Installation or application of insulation materials such as fiberglass, rock wool, cellulose, and foam. • Residential: Insulators install fiberglass batts, blankets, and blown insulation in one to three story homes. • Commercial: Insulators install panels, sheet goods, fireproofing, acoustical and thermal batts, and “spray-on” insulation. • Driving/ unloading trucks: 1 to 2 hours per day to and from job site. • Paperwork: ½ hour per day. SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to install various insulation materials: 6 to 8 hours per day • Ability to lift heavy materials 30-50 lbs. • Ability to withstand exposed to heat and other weather conditions when installing batts • Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds • Ability to withstand the dusty conditions of a construction environment • Must have a valid Arizona License • Must be at least 18 years old. • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
