Lot Attendant (Yard/Vehicle Technician) Cart Mart Location: San Marcos, CA Compensation: Full-time, $14.00 - $15.00 per hour to start based on experience Overview of the opportunity Slow moving - electric, gas and diesel powered vehicles, especially “electric vehicles” are used in every commercial environment imaginable. These vehicles are popping up everywhere, including on public and private streets. These are not your grandfathers’ golf carts… We’re talking about small electric, gas and diesel powered vehicles that move people and materials in and around some of the most interesting locations, including most likely, your very own neighborhood. These are realistic solutions for last mile delivery, personal transportation and the transportation of materials and products and the market is growing every year. As a Lot Attendant (Yard/Vehicle Technician), you will be ensuring exceptional customer service. Some of our customers include colleges and universities, K-12 schools, military bases, local and state municipalities, amusement parks, hotels & resorts, golf courses, stadiums, apartment facilities, shopping malls, manufacturers & distribution warehouses to name a few, as well as our internal customers (our employees and departments.) As a Lot Attendant (Yard/Vehicle Technician), you will be tasked with duties, including: • Perform physical labor in the yard under all weather conditions • Perform basic maintenance on golf carts such as install batteries, headlights, change tires, etc. • Clean and detail golf carts • Help load and unload golf carts for delivery Are you the one? You would have high integrity and a high level of work ethic, able to multi-task, be a self-starter, organized, detail oriented, and meet deadlines. Ultimately, you stay positive when the heat is on, and have a “Make it happen” attitude while keeping calm under pressure. You would need to be able to comfortable around an automotive environment, technically inclined and genuinely compassionate to others and always aware. A valid driver’s license is required. Consistent follow up and follow through are absolute requirements of this position. The candidate must be willing to have a background check and drug test prior to coming onboard. Compensation This position will be based out of our Corporate San Marcos, CA location. Your hourly rate will start at $14.00 - $15.00, based on experience.
