I need a lawyer/legal advice

42 y/o F I neeed a lawyer or at the very least legal advice on a situation so I know what I should be doing, if there are any options left. It is a criminal matter thar just was denied being heard by the Appellate Court by a lawyer that never once spoke to me about my case or appeals- NOT ONCE, NOT EVER. I asked to see documentation on how they defended me or presented my case. They literally just sent in the same exact shit my first lawyer set in. My phone calls were never returned- the whole situation a clustefuck that ended today with a text from his secratary? paralegal? girlfriend? I don't even know who TEXTED me but their message was blunt and harsh when I was informed they were denied to be heard and then the last line was, "so that's it. it's over." & then ghosted me- didn't answer my text back, sent my calls to voicemail, and didn't call me back. Isn't that like blatant ineffective counsel? what chance did I have? How do I get the justice I deserve in my case or at the very least, make know the beligerant negligence by my so-called legal representation? I am beyond despondent. Beyond depressed.
