Seeking: Looking for a reliable, honest, and hard-working person with a positive attitude to become a part of our growing Daytime Service Team. As a service Team member Attitude is huge for us, you also need to be physically fit, as some walking long distances may be required - great for anyone wanting to get some exercise while getting Paid! Schedule (Flexible): We are willing to work with you around your schedule as much as possible, but looking for someone able to commit to a schedule of hours during the daytime Monday – Friday, whether available each of those days or just several. At a minimum, we expect the right person would have a (3) day window during the week where they may be available to work. Hours: This is an open opportunity for the right candidate with a flexible schedule and willing to put in a few hours of hard work for good pay, working with good people. A typical shift might be Monday from 9 AM – 2 PM for example, and we will schedule based on our weekly schedule of what needs to be done aligned with your availability. *This position guarantees a MINIMUM of 40hrs worth of pay per month ($440-$500) and we certainly have more hours available if wanted* Location: We work remotely all across Austin, but convenient access to meet in South/Central Austin is preferred, and makes the most sense. Requirements: Although not hard manual labor, this position requires some physical activity at times, so if you are opposed or unable to walk long distances, climb stairs, or lift + 50 lbs., and possibly get a little sweaty/dirty – this is not the position for you. A standard background check will be performed, and a valid driver’s license, insurance, personal transportation, and a smart phone/data plan is required. A pickup truck is required for this position. Who We Are: We are a local service company providing “Valet Trash Service” to apartment communities throughout Austin. Most of our work is performed at night when we conduct service, but some routine work needs to be maintained during the daytime as well, which is what this position is for. Work Performed: This position will require help on locations walking properties for inspection of the hallways and grabbing infrequent missed trash from the night before. This would entail walking up and down multiple flights of stairs and checking the entire property's hallways for items out, and capturing photos of this for us to generate a report. This position may also require delivering small items to a customer location as needed, or helping us with various organizational tasks and errands needed. Pay: $25 per hour (direct deposit) + some gas reimbursements if you have to drive multiple locations throughout the day or distances out side of the Austin Metro area. Use of your truck and gas is calculated into the pay for this position. *This position is guarantees a MINIMUM of 40hrs worth of pay per month ($440-$500).* Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: This job is a socially distanced job by nature.
