Do you enjoy talking to people, driving, and the outdoors? Then this job is for you. We are a luxury RV rental company serving the Los Angeles market. Looking for someone who feels comfortable behind the wheel of a 25 foot RV (with a small tow car attached). We will provide full training, but someone with prior RV experience is definitely a plus. Hiring local is important to us, please check if you live 45 minutes or less from zip 91311 before applying. IS A SPECIAL DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED? No, standard class C is okay. Clean driving record is required, DMV record will be requested prior to start of employment. COMPENSATION $17 per hour + client tips + bonuses for mentions in reviews + personal use of the RV in the slow time WHAT ARE THE WORK HOURS? Typically a work day is 3-8 hours, the specific schedule depends on the reservations, and can start as early as 7am or go as late as 9pm. Usually there are 1-10 deliveries per week and each delivery takes about 3-4 hours. ARE THE RVS EASY TO DRIVE AND OPERATE? Our RVs are 25 feet long, about the same size of a standard moving truck. They also have back up cameras so they are easy to drive. We do tow a small car behind the RV, but the towing process is also very easy. REQUIREMENTS - Must be fluent in English - Have a personal car to get to and from work - Have a cell phone plan with lots of data (for navigation) - Have a clean driving record (no at fault accidents in 6 + years) - Be able to lift 50 pounds (for attaching a bike rack/tow bar) - Be punctual and reliable ABOUT CHILL RV We are a family owned motorhome rental company operating out of Chatsworth, CA.
