Looking for a maintenance specialist with plumbing and electrical knowledge and strong carpentry skills. Experience in the residential/commercial property maintenance field preferred. The job will entail maintenance requests from tenants in apartments and commercial buildings in Worcester and surrounding areas as well as some basic construction when renovating units.
