READY TO HIRE!!! Role and Responsibilities A local, well established property management firm is seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician for a small community in the Woodburn area. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS *Strong Experience in apartment turnover *Painting *Basic electric experience *Basic plumbing experience QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS *3 - 5 years of previous experience PREFERRED SKILLS *Excellent customer service *Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy ADDITIONAL NOTES We are looking for someone that is energetic, reliable, self-motivated and detail oriented.
