KITTEN FOUND IN CONCORD

About 3 weeks ago I found a young long-haired, male tabby cat outside my apartment in Concord on the corner of Branchview Ave and Brookwood Ave NE. I have posted flyers and put out Facebook and Nextdoor posts online and I've reached out to the local animal shelters and Humane Society. He is not microchipped or neutered. He is around a year old, very friendly and catbox trained.  IS THIS YOUR CAT?? Will need proof to claim.
