Renting a large rehearsal space on Treasure Island. Space includes a 2000 watt quality powered PA and mixer as well as a 5 piece DW drum kit. ( cymbals not included). Bass cabinet and guitar cabinet available as well.The space is large and has high ceilings and have added sound absorbing foam on the walls. The space has excellent acoustics. There is also a loft with a sofa where you can relax between sessions. Mini Fridge available for use. Space can easily accomodate 2 bands. Respect for space and equipment is important. Free Parking is availabe. THIS SPACE IS FOR MUSIC REHEARSAL ONLY, NO LIVING IN THIS STUDIO IS ALLOWED. Asking $250 for a dedicated day per week. Contact me for days that are currently available.
