Job Title : Residential & Commercial Solar Installer SUMMARY Harvest Solar, a solar electrical contractor, located in Bozeman and Billings, MT, is seeking a reliable Residential & Commercial grid-tied PV systems. In this position, the installer will work with a great crew, in the great outdoors of Montana to ensure all systems are installed at the highest quality in a timely and professional fashion. This position is for the summer through late fall. However, there is potential to for it to turn into a year-round position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Install solar systems and associated electrical equipment • Follow safe working practices at all times on the job site • Complete all work efficiently and to a high-quality standard • Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment • Document completion of the installation • Clean up of job site • Ensure outstanding customer service standard is met • Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety • Additional duties required as needed THE HARVEST SOLAR EXPERIENCE Harvest Solar is a local business that prides itself on a commitment to the community and personalized attention to every customer’s experience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 1 year construction experience required • Must have a strong work ethic • Occasional paid travel required.
