Description
Need to rehome female tortoiseshell cat. She is roughly 6 to 7 years old. Spayed.
She was a rescue from the Almeda fire in Medford of 2020. I found her and took her to the local shelter - they called me a couple months later asking if I'd take her because her owners never came forward.
The shelter gave her the name Margaret. She does respond to this. We also call her Marge/Margie.
I have been taking Margie to Mountian View Animal Hospital. I also had her tail amputated (it was burned and falling off) so she has a shorter than normal tail. It's fully healed and her hair has grown back.
Margie is exceptionally sweet. She loves people and dogs. Other cats do not like her.
I need to rehome her because my 2 other cats (whom I've had for 10 and 8 years) have rejected her, and by this time, if they haven't accepted her, they will not. I have to physically separate the cats.
She is currently fed Science Diet Urinary & Hairball. I can provide a small bag for you to transition her to a different food.
