Kittens needing help

I have 2 stray kittens that I need to find a home for due to dogs not being cat friendly. Unsure of how old they are but they seem very hungry and run up to us meowing whenever we are outside. Hoping to find someone who knows how to care for abandoned kittens. Shelters and rescues are just not getting back to me so this is my last resort. They cannot stay here because of our dogs.
