Lead Solar Installer -Western MA SunBug Solar is a top-quality solar energy provider. This position is out of our Westfield, MA location. Position Overview As an integral member of the installation crew, the ideal candidate will lead and work cooperatively with other team members to successfully complete high-quality installations of energy products safely and on time. Our solar installers are comfortable working on roofs of varying pitches during all seasons. Qualifications • Experience in solar, roof work, general construction, or carpentry preferred • Adherence to safety standards at all times • Good communication and customer service skills • Demonstrates excellence in leadership at all times by engaging and motivating teammates to deliver the highest quality service, safely and on time. • Detail oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship and efficiency • Leads by example • Comfortable with technology • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds frequently • Comfortable on pitched roofs • Valid drivers license Job Type: Full-time based in Westfield, MA Benefits: • An exceptional working environment • Health, vision, dental insurance • 401(k) program with company matching • Paid time off
