JOB TITLE: Maintenance Helper – Buildings/Grounds 7:30am -4:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Aid in all outdoor building maintenance activities for all Tower Labs properties:
-Lawn Mowing
-Garden weeding/maintenance
-Mulching
-Pruning
-Equipment cleaning and maintenance
-Blade Sharpening
-Oil Changes
-Deck cleaning
-Leaf clean up
Applicants Must be capable of operating equipment such as lawn mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers etc.
Required Safety Items:
-Safety Glasses
-Ear Protection when operating equipment
-Long Pants
-Steel Toe Boots
