I manage a few properties and need someone reliable that can handle emergency calls as well as getting apartments ready for move in. Must have own tools and transportation to get materials, etc. Currently, there is a vacant apartment that needs the following work: * Exterior door and bedroom door needs to be replaced * Kitchen cabinets need to be fixed * Bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet needs to be replaced along with caulking of the tub * Broken lights need to be replaced. * Wall repairs and painting of apartment needed. * Blinds need to be hung.
