Skilled Construction Worker/Maintenance Person Needed! Must Have TRUCK and HAND TOOLS!! Must be experienced in: • Laying tile and laminate flooring. • Installing baseboards • Installing drywall. • Tape, texture, and patching walls and ceilings. • Painting walls and ceilings. • Minor plumbing repairs. General maintenance to include property cleaning, landscaping, minor electrical repair, concrete finishing, and snow removal in the winter. Pay based on experience. OSHA 10 card desirable.
