FOUND: Gray cat in Duluth

On 7/23/21 I found a female gray cat in the Endion neighborhood of Duluth. She is clearly an indoor cat and is chipped, but there must have been a clerical mistake with the chip because the registered owner said she doesn't have a cat. Tell me her registered name and I will reunite you!
