FOUND: Puppy Blanket & Leash

On the terrace outside of my home, a nice blanket was found along with a leash in the south lane heading east on Taft Ave. If you can describe the blanket and leash you will get back otherwise I will donate to someone at the dog park in Oshkosh. Scattered on the property was a flyer as well. The image of both sides attached.
