Excellent career opportunity has become available! Selected candidate will be trained by current staff member who is retiring. Primary focus will be to handle interior and exterior maintenance and deep cleaning a large, private residence and keep it in pristine condition. Will also provide support to the family with other administrative and personal tasks. Hours are typically Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. This hands-on maintenance role will encompass: •Ensuring that everything in the residence and grounds is clean and functioning properly (examples include floors, windows, pool area and surrounding furniture, garage, gutters, leaves, landscaping, etc.) •Scheduling and supervising service personnel •Monitoring major projects for deadlines •Running household/miscellaneous errands •Provide leadership and assistance to housekeeper •Communicating with office staff as needed •Other responsibilities as directed by principals We are seeking local candidates or those planning to move to SE Michigan immediately.
