Kearns Brothers Roofing is looking for a couple of Service Crew Leaders for our Service Department. The ideal candidates will oversee scheduled repairs and manage crew laborers in a two-man crew to complete multiple jobs per day. The ideal candidates will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Responsibilities: • Ability to lift 50lbs • Provide direction and instruction to service crew laborers • Ability to keep up pace with multiple job repairs per day • Maintain self, and equipment in a clean and professional manner • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures at all time • Work well with others and follow directions. • Assess and provide necessary repairs to roof and siding installations Perks: • Full Benefits - Health, dental, and vision • 401K Match • Company vehicle for business use Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license • Roofing and Siding experience are required • Posses/obtain hand tools within two weeks of start required to complete the job. (tool pouch, hammer, tape measure, razor knife, prybar, experience with power tools a plus) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills of the English language • Strong attention to detail, and good follow-through • Comfortable with heights and ability to ascend ladders and pitch roofs • Physical fitness required to perform the job safely and successfully • Be available for mandatory overtime and weekends PI142227309
