AAA Top Quality Asphalt is a company located in Winter Haven, FL, currently looking for dependable, well-organized, hard-working, safety conscious individuals to join our paving team. Our immediate need is for experienced asphalt crew members of all kinds: Line Striping, Seal Coating, rake man, lute man, roller operators, handle operators, asphalt paver operators.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Operation of equipment: rollers, pavers and skid steers
- Raking and shoveling of asphalt
-Working with our crews on a day to day basis to complete each project
- Maintenance of the equipment used daily
- Properly following instructed paving guidelines as designated by crew foreman
- Operation of plate compactors
- Following proper safety guidelines
- Good overall understanding of how asphalt paving crews work.
- Other work related duties as assigned to accomplish the job at hand
- Excellent communication skills
-Punctuality is non-negotiable
Qualifications and Skills:
-Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
-Good work ethic
-Ability to be flexible and perform a wide variety of tasks associated with paving
-Ability to work in a team environment
