We are a beautiful gated luxury apartment community searching for a new team member to join our paint/maintenance team. If you are a great worker, honest, and with transportation, bring with you a desire to learn various skills, then you qualify for this job. The majority of the work is painting the interior of apartment homes to make them rent-ready. Other projects include (but are not limited to) grounds keeping, landscaping, and property maintenance. ACCOUNTABILITIES Interior & exterior residential painting; multi-family and single-family homes Drywall repairs, taping & texture Maintenance including but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Work in a manner to complete tasks daily Strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy Detail-oriented and multi-tasked Strong communication skills Maintain a positive relations with residents Ability to work independently Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction Flexible attitude, willing to assist others, and team player Must have reliable transportation What are you waiting for, apply now!
