Experienced Carpenter / Craftsman needed ASAP WANTED: An experienced carpenter, remodeler, creative craftsman type of person to become an important part of a fast growing, highly respected, VERY BUSY, RV and horse trailer conversion company. The majority of the work will involve carpentry, but this person MUST know the basics of all aspects for construction. My new team members will need to have the following attributes: DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB UNLESS YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING: 1. Have a RELIABLE vehicle 2. Must be DRAMA FREE, honest, presentable and have a strong work ethic. 3. Know how to read a tape measure! Ex: 3/8th, 11/16th, 5/8th, etc. (I will test you as soon as we meet the 1st time) 4. Must be able to pass a drug test. (420 on your own time is fine) 5. Must be able to work well around other staff member. (You will be working as a part of a team of other professionals who will treat you with respect and you should be able to do the same.) 6. Must have a reliable cell phone. You must be able to send and receive phone calls and texts messages every day, all day. You must be able to find directions to job sites (i.e.; GPS, Google Maps, etc.). 7. MUST be dependable. -- Show up to work on-time every day (like EVERY DAY... in a row) AND must show up on time. 8. MUST BE FAST -- A good carpenter does quality work QUICKLY. 9. Be willing to improve the skills you already have. HERE'S WHAT I WILL GIVE YOU: 1. Pay - The high end of the industry because I want the best people possible. 2. I will always pay you on time and completely. 3. I will keep you busy - At least 5 days per week - at least 40 hours per week. 4. Opportunity to grow with our company as we grow.
