NOW HIRING! Executive Director Glen Park Healthy Living is now looking for someone to join our team in an Executive Director position! As a leader in the senior housing industry, Glen Park Healthy Living is looking for people that are experts at building personal relationships with potential residents and their families. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday On call Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan COVID-19 considerations: All residents and employees are required to wear a mask while in the facility, all COVID-19 Protocols and universal precautions are enforced. All employees may be subject to monthly COVID-19 testing. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, psychology, gerontology, business or related field required. Must have at least a year experience. Two years of executive director or related administrator experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget. Work history demonstrating strong ability to hire, direct and manage associates. We do pre-employment background checks, drug screening, employment verification, and reference checks. Must hold current Administrator Certification. Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: Management Experience: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Administrator License (Required) Essential Job Requirements: Operate the facility in accordance with Title 17, Title 22 and established company policy, program and budget. Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing of quality associates Foster creativity among staff to deliver services that maintain and enhance resident stability, independence and satisfaction.
