Our Client is in need of Supervisors for a 5 to 6 week project in Phoenix. Multiple Job Openings in Multiple Sites in Phoenix Our workforce will be assembling, folding and installing corrugated bins and boxes for use in a large fulfillment center. We are looking for people to help us oversee and supervisor the Assembly crew. Minimum/Essential qualifications and Details: • Jobs located in Phoenix, Multiple Positions and work sites available • Day shift, Mon-Friday 8 hours per day, 40 per week, Longer days may be possible, some Saturdays may be required • Previous supervisory experience required • Experience in Warehouse or Manufacturing supervision is preferred • Directly supervise up to 30 employees • Lifting up to 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. with assistance • Coach/mentor/train employees and be able to identify strengths and weaknesses • Experience with meeting daily deadlines • Some college education or college degree preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word, Outlook; Data entry experience helpful • Bilingual English / Spanish extremely helpful and desired but not required For immediate consideration, please contact Dolores Gomez (323) 696-5208.
