Reliance is a growing family-owned custom home builder and renovator located in Nappanee, Indiana and we are looking to add members to our team. We are seeking experienced carpenters that can handle tasks ranging from framing to finish carpentry. We have full-time positions we are looking to fill immediately. Minimum Qualifications: • Two years of experience preferred but not required. • Has the ability to comprehend and follow specific instructions. • Must be physically fit to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (in excess of 50 lbs.). • Current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Responsibilities: • Works cooperatively with other team members to accomplish tasks. • Maintains the work area(s) in a clean and orderly manner on a continuous basis. • Consistently reports for work on time and in approved attire. • Proactively assists in creating lists of materials, supplies, specialty tools, and equipment that are needed to perform the work. • Informs the Team Leader of any material, supply, or other shortages on the job in a timely manner.
