Wanted - Rock Female Singers 4 Project on Japanese Label

Project is working with one 18yo singer at the moment, need more to bring into the mix for co-songwriting lyrics and melodies, all songwriters retain a fair share of % royalties and publishing $$ (not really interested in session "work for hire" singers, rather work with artist interested in the creative energy of the project). Have many songs to work on and ready to go, If you can sing in English and Japanese that will be a plus. Project is a anime base story with conceptual story themes running through each song, characters are young and singers should be in the age range of 18 - 30 to relate to the youthful element. This is just a song collab at this time, label is thinking of using Japanese girl singers to front the band (things can change) so image isn't the main concern but the voice and songwriting skills are.
