Instrumental guitar player looking to work up duet arrangments of my tunes (covers, a few of my own) and yours. Bill Frisell/Thomas Morgan JimHall/Ron Carter is the sound I'm thinking of. I'm not as good as either of them. I hope you're not either. Down the road perhaps add percussion and/or drums. Gabor Szabo for example My book is a bit outside the Great American Songbook. I play a few from it but not many. I do play Adderly to Zappa. Wes, Santana,Frisell, Blues,Coltrane, Meters, Marvin Gaye,Haggard, etc. Not anything too complex. Fairly melodic stuff. I'm no shredder. Looking for a bass player who can keep solid time and do more than roots and fifths. I like an upright, but whatever you're happy with works for me. I'm vaccinated. I'm 62. I hope your old enough to buy liquor in this state. Preferably old enough to have kids who can buy liquor in this state.
