Position Title: Distribution Coordinator Wage: $18.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm Do you have experience in warehouse administration including receiving, shipping, picking or packing? Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Process assigned inventory, traffic and shipping activity through information system to ensure accurate inventory and shipment information. - Print labels for off line operations, workshops and other applications - Maintain appropriate inventory levels of blank labels - Design and set up labels - Maintain and improve database for labels - Route labels to appropriate printers and machines - Process inbound receiving documents for non-inventory items within SAP - Assist with managing supplies inventories and triggering reorder requests - Provide oversight, guidance, and quality assurance to the off line production areas Requirements: - At least two years of prior experience working in a distribution related environment - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business administration, supply chain management/logistics, or related discipline is preferred - Excellent communication skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Able to prioritize tasks - Proficient skill in Microsoft Office applications - Experience with a tier 1 ERP System, SAP experience preferred Benefits: This company is an equal opportunity employer that provides a challenging work environment and a commitment to its employees.
