LOCATION: The Argus Technology Center is located at 1111 West Carrier Parkway, Suite 300, Grand Prairie, TX (just south of the DFW airport). The Repair Technician work stations are in a climate controlled, air-conditioned tech area. POSITION SUMMARY: As a Phone and other Mobile Device Repair Technician, you will work with a team primarily repairing Apple phones. Argus will provide the repair tools – alternatively, you may bring your own tools. Other mobile and computer devices may also be repaired. RESPONSIBILITIES and QUALIFICATIONS: • Repair Apple iPhones – screen replacements, power button, cameras, charging port, and other common repairs. • Test the phone and verify the repairs are complete and the phone is fully functional. • Complete inventory and repair ticket transactions in the Argus Information Management System accurately and completely. • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of your repair work stations. • Meet guidelines for productivity. • Work well with the team. • Add value to the team by providing our customers a great experience. • Be flexible and ready to contribute to the team and our customers when job requirements change.
