We are growing and looking for sign installers that can work independently or in a team. We specialize in real estate signs and need to increase our team with company growth. You must have a drivers license. We install 98% of our signs in the ground. These signs are typically for real estate or home builders in a development. We are looking for someone who has experience digging holes for posts maybe from a fence or landscaping job. We have vehicles and tools we need reliable people. Job Duties and responsibilities: - Sign maintenance and installation – involves ensuring signs are neat, clean, and functional - Signs must be installed securely in the ground with a dig bar and post hole digger, at times cemented - Occasional sign installation on a structure would require ladder use Employment requirements: - Must be 18 years of age or older - Must have valid driver’s license - Landscape or manual labor experience helpful - Ability to read and interpret maps/navigation skills - Training provided Compensation: - Pay period: 1ST and 15th of every month - Pay starting at $13.00/per hour - Paid benefits after 6 months Ideal candidate: ambitious, energetic, dependable, safety conscious, adaptable, work alone or in groups
