In need of 4 rental property maintenance and home improvement team members. Monday-Friday 8-5. Rotation for emergency calls paid at higher rate. We focus on rehabs to get long term rental homes ready for new tenants but also handle maintenance calls for occupied homes. Duties include but are not limited to: · drywall repair · Painting · Ceiling texture · Flooring installation · Gutter repairs/installation · General home repairs ·appliance repair and installation Preferred candidates must have: · Own tools. This includes power and hand tools, saws, standard ladders, paint equipment, etc. Specialty tools will be provided when needed. · Truck. Must be able to transport materials to and from job locations. · phone. Need to be able to clock in and out on app and communicate with managers. · Be able to work alone or with a team. ·Must be drug and alcohol free · Verifiable experience in home improvement or maintenance Pay starts at $15 and is based on experience. PTO earned Fuel allowance
