Easy Handyman Job -- Install a Ceiling Fan

I am looking for someone to do a super easy job, just installing a ceiling fan. The catch is, I need you to have your own business, LLC, be a certified contractor, etc. This is typically a small job I would just do myself as I do most of my own household jobs like this, but I am selling my house and the buyers are asking for this to be done by a "professional" and most operations are not interested in this small of a job. Standard ceiling (8 ft.), I already have the fan, I just need for you to swap it out and leave me a receipt of service. Let me know what you would charge and your availability. Located in Kalispell.
