As of 7/23/2021... Horsham, PA based rock/pop/punk band (Zen•Man•Sky) actively seeking solid/tight groove oriented rhythm section w/backup vocals to complete revised, (hopefully) coming-out-of-pandemic line up. While we have a garage converted into a makeshift recording studio (writing and cutting demos), we will be looking to utilize a larger rehearsal space. The pandemic had brought to light some changes in personalities, drives and desires to (and not to) continue this project, which has forced us to push forward in a new direction, seeking like minded players to get this thing off the ground once again. We are creating and will be releasing original content, as well as focusing on popular and deep cut covers, with intent to perform live showcasing both spirits. Look, the truth of the matter is we're not going to rockstars and we sure aren't getting any younger. We do this because we love it, it's a part of us, it's a need, really. So, when we put something out and some people respond to it, connect with it and show up at a future show, that's a win for cats our age. We do it because we have to do it, to feed the soul kind of thing... Attached to this listing are a few rough demos of ideas currently being tossed about the house, but they are all subject to change, and are in no way indicative of a rigid creative product (listing can be found on Band mix dot com), We're looking for the right personalities to inject their energy into the mix, to create something rad and exciting. So, feel the same way? Please be 40 and up, mature, experienced, professional in mind, comfortable with creating original music, have no problems learning covers, and MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE playing and performing with a band (sorry, no novices).
