• Work quickly and efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced and challenging environment • Safe handling of power tools and the ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs • Cleaning and maintenance of project equipment • Basic carpentry skills • Assist crews with mobilization / demobilization activities • Assist mechanic with vehicle, trailer and equipment repairs • Loading and unloading materials and equipment • Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment • General maintenance • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must be punctual • Willingness to work late and on weekends when needed • Able to climb ladders • Hardworking and a dedicated team player KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: • 2 to 3 years of technical (no-professional) experience • Ability to work with little supervision • High School Diploma
