SEASIDE SCAPES is a landscaping company specializing in design and installation of Hardscape surfaces (IE pavers, retaining walls, patios etc.) We are currently seeking to hire a person to work with our lawn care accounts as a crew leader and also assist with installation of landscaping, irrigation systems and hardscape surfaces. Previous experience as a crew leader doing lawn maintenance is a MUST. Experience with irrigation systems and hardscape installation is a plus. This is NOT a seasonal position. We work all year round. Successful candidates for this position should have the following 1. Driver License with clean driving record 2. Reliable Transportation 3. Recent previous verifiable experience in lawn maintenance and familiarity with all equipment used (zero turn mowers, weed whackers, edgers, blowers etc.) 4. Excellent Leadership and Interpersonal skills 5. Ability to back up and maneuver pickup truck with attached, enclosed trailer Additional Requirements for this position: *Dependable, reliable, willing to accept responsibility *Must be willing to learn and take pride in work *Attention to detail with a positive work ethic *Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision at times. Physical Requirements for this position: *Bending, kneeling, heavy lifting, and frequent walking *Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions *Must be able to navigate rough and uneven terrain Full time position with opportunity for advancement for a motivated individual.
