Fixture Carpenter: Working with a team - basic tools needed Day Position - Monday night through Friday night 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Start Date: 7-26-2021 - (3 1/2 month project) $17.00 per hour - Weekly Direct Deposit After this job - there will be more work available. Job Responsibilities: Must be able to read and understand Bill of Material and Installation Instructions. Must be able to self-perform demo of existing space. Supervise onsite personnel and and coordinate work. Interface with project managers, contractors and clients. Must be able to keep jobsite in organized clean order. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to the original plans and specifications. Identify work and assign accordingly. Provide training when needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in retail construction a plus. Must be able to use technology to communicate photos, emails as well as communication to the Project Manager. Experience with Pro Core a plus. Our teams are regularly exposed to high, precarious places: fumes or airborne particles in and around construction environments, use of hand/power tools with vibrations, along with moderate to high noise levels. The physical demands of these assignments require lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, frequently. While performing these duties, the crew members should be able to perform the capabilities described for up to 12 hours at a time.
