We are looking for a Make Ready Tech to join our team ASAP at our 300 unit property in South West Fort Worth. You must be able to provide a high level of customer service to our residents. The Make Ready Tech is primarily responsible for ensuring that all vacant apartments are restored timely to move in-ready status. This position will also perform general repairs and assist in the overall maintenance of the interior and exterior of the property under the direction of the Lead and Property Manager. Position is full-time 40 hours Monday through Friday. Minimal Requirements: Applicants not meeting the minimal requirements will be rejected. • Minimum 1 years of full-time experience in APARTMENT maintenance that requires basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, pools, carpentry, painting and HVAC. • Own basic set of hand tools and vehicle • Valid driver’s license/ID • CPO preferred The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to multi-task in a busy or slow environment and works effectively with deadlines and other team members.
