These positions are full time positions with a typical work schedule consisting of: Monday through Friday 7A-4P (May include some nights and weekends) Responsibilities included but not limited to: - Perform all aspects of job duties with little to no supervision - Complete all tasks, leaving a neat and clean work area - Paint residential and commercial properties, interior and exterior - Covering trim, floors, furniture and other surfaces with masking tape and drop cloths to keep everything free of paint - Preparing surfaces to be painted by washing them, filing holes and cracks as needed and sanding in preparation for the painting job - Applying primers and sealers when appropriate - Pressure wash exterior surfaces prior to painting - Other duties as assigned Knowledge & Skill Requirements: - Minimum of (2) years of painting experience both commercially and residentially, exterior and interior - Ability to lift 50lbs, use ladder up to 30ft - Ability to stoop, stand, bend, walk and other movements for up to 8 hours. - Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish) - Must be flexible with work schedule - Must have knowledge of paint types and solvents - Must maintain painting equipment clean and free of paint and solvents between each job REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED: - Clean Criminal Background - Successful passing of a drug screening will be required prior to employment offer - Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a driving background and be insurable thru our carrier
