Who is the Ann Arbor T-shirt Company? The Ann Arbor T-shirt Company is an apparel decorator and Amazon seller out of Ann Arbor, MI. Our goal is to provide our clients with an easy and enjoyable way to celebrate their identity and interests by leveraging first-rate technology, systems, and service. We do this in two ways. One is by sourcing, decorating, and selling private label apparel on Amazon Marketplaces worldwide. The other is by providing custom apparel and accessory solutions to our community in both the B2B and B2C space. Primary responsibilities will include packing screen printed and embroidered garments to send into Amazon for fulfillment. Here’s what you can expect on a daily basis: -Working in a team to run the autobagger -Quality checking garments -Boxing bagged garments to ship to Amazon -Manually folding, bagging, and labeling garments for shipment to Amazon -Cross-train in other departments Are you a good candidate for this position? Candidate must possess: -High school diploma -Attention to detail -Willingness to learn -Flexibility to work where and when needed -Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on individual tasks -Efficiency and fast-paced work style -Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for an 8 hour shift -Positive attitude required! We run two shifts, one from 6am until 2pm, and another from 2pm until 10pm. We are hiring for both shifts. Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour. This position starts at $12 per hour with opportunities for advancement plus a quarterly bonus.
